Job Summary

The HR & Risk Management Consultant needs to be someone who can prospect through strategic partnerships as well through self-lead generation.  In order to cross sell opportunities for complex human resources needs.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage sales presentations with strategic partners and prospects
  • Maintain a positive attitude be part of a team!
  • Develop and maintain new referral channels including CPAs, Banks and Networking Groups
  • Have the desire to exceed the sales goals set build your success!
  • Stay organized and focused.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • "PSS Professional Selling Skills" Knowledge Preferred.

Requirements

  • At minimum of 2 years sales experience with a history of success in closing consulting deals, preferably in the PEO Industry
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills
  • A strong desire to succeed!
  • Experience strategically selling to small to medium size companies a plus
  • Very professional/Team player attitude
  • Successful consultative/solution seller with a stable sales track record
  • Ability to work independently we do not micromanage professionals!
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle
